Neo4j

Closes at Series BTerms read on 13 Aug 2026

Up to $16,000 in Aura credits

Read this first

Neo4j does not publish an expiry for the credits or what happens when the balance is spent. Aura bills on provisioned capacity rather than on queries, so a paused instance saves 80 percent of its running cost, which is the lever that makes the grant last while you are still building rather than serving traffic.

What the terms actually say

Neo4j publishes the ceiling, $16,000 of credits against Aura, its managed graph database, but not how the amount below that ceiling is decided, so "up to" is doing real work in the headline. The eligibility list is more specific than most and two of the four items are about who you are rather than how much you raised: the product has to be one thing sold to many customers, which explicitly rules out dev shops, consultancies and marketing agencies, and the applicant has to be associated with the company on LinkedIn. Unusually, existing Aura users are eligible, so this is not a new accounts only programme.

Who can claim it, in Neo4j's words

Series B or earlier, which is a stage later than most programmes on this shelf accept. The company must sell a single product to many customers rather than build custom work per client, have a live website, and have a company LinkedIn profile the applicant is directly associated with. Existing Neo4j and Aura users qualify.

What you get without this

AuraDB Free, which costs nothing and needs no payment method but caps node and relationship counts and comes with no backups, monitoring or SLA. The first paid tier, AuraDB Professional, is $65 per GB per month with a one GB minimum.

We list a perk because it beats walking up to the vendor unannounced. If it ever stops doing that, it comes off the index.
