What the terms actually say
Up to six months is the top tier and most applicants will not get it. Six months goes to verified startups with a partner affiliation, three months to verified startups without one, and one month to companies under ten employees or applicants Notion cannot verify. The stated maximum value of twelve thousand dollars assumes a hundred employees on the Business plan, so at five people the real figure is a small fraction of it. A personal email address disqualifies you, and so does having taken any previous Notion promotion.
Who can claim it, in Notion's words
Not currently a paying Notion customer, fewer than a hundred employees, a work email rather than a personal one, and no previous Notion promotion. The longer tiers additionally require building a scalable technology product.
