What the terms actually say
A full year of the B2B Professional plan free, covering up to a hundred thousand monthly active users along with enterprise features like MFA and Organizations. The eligibility window is the tightest of any listing here: less than two years from incorporation, under $5M raised, and under $1M in annual recurring revenue, so this is a perk with an expiry date attached to your company rather than to the offer. Existing paid Auth0 or Okta customers are excluded, and so is anyone who has been in the programme before. Auth0 is explicit that the free plan remains available if you do not qualify.
