25 percent off annual plans, first year only
Read this first
The discount is written as the first year and nothing is published about the second, so plan for the renewal landing at list price. On Business that is $59.25 a month becoming $79.

What the terms actually say
Twenty five percent off any annual plan for the first year, which the programme page shows as $59.25 a month on Business against the $79 the public pricing page asks. Two things narrow it. The discount is on annual plans only, so a team that wants to pay monthly gets nothing here. And the eligibility panel lists three criteria while the form asks four: being primarily a SaaS business appears only in the questions, so an agency or a services company reading the panel gets as far as the form before finding out it is not for them.
Who can claim it, in Userback's words
Fewer than ten employees, primarily a SaaS business, under $1M raised and founded within the last two years. All four are yes or no questions on the form, and no route is published for a company that misses one.
What you get without this
Userback's free plan, which gives two feedback projects and keeps feedback for seven days, or the published $79 a month on Business billed annually without the discount.
We list a perk because it beats walking up to the vendor unannounced. If it ever stops doing that, it comes off the index.
