Up to $3,000 in inference credits, no platform fee for a year
Read this first
The zero percent fee waiver runs twelve months and is separate from the credit balance, so it keeps paying after the $3,000 is gone. Nothing on the page says what the fee returns to, so check the current markup before the year ends.

What the terms actually say
Three thousand dollars of credits usable across the four hundred plus models OpenRouter routes to, plus zero processing fees for twelve months. The fee waiver is worth attention separately from the credits: OpenRouter's normal model is a markup on top of provider pricing, so a year without it is a discount on everything you spend beyond the grant. Two eligibility lines are unusually specific and easy to fall foul of: less than $500 of lifetime spend on the platform, and an approved OpenRouter partner behind you. Applying after a few months of real usage puts you over the spend line.
Who can claim it, in OpenRouter's words
Pre Series B, building an AI native product, working with an approved OpenRouter partner, with a public company website. You must apply from a company email tied to an OpenRouter account, have under $500 of lifetime spend, and not have taken startup credits before.
What you get without this
A standard OpenRouter account paying provider prices plus the platform processing fee.
We list a perk because it beats walking up to the vendor unannounced. If it ever stops doing that, it comes off the index.
