Free membership, preferred hardware pricing and partner cloud credits

Membership on its own gets you nothing material. The discounts and credits are requests you make inside the portal, and preferred pricing only covers selected products, so check your intended purchase is on the list before you plan around the rebate.
How to claim it, in 4 steps

What the terms actually say
Free to join with no application fee, membership fee or equity requirement, which is unusual and stated plainly. The preferred pricing is a rebate deducted from the standard supplier price and applies only to selected hardware and software, so it is not a blanket discount on anything with an NVIDIA logo, and the page says the selection can change. Cloud credits come from partners rather than NVIDIA and no amount is named. Note the exclusions: consultancies, crypto associated companies, cloud providers, resellers and public companies are all out.
Who can claim it, in NVIDIA Inception's words
Incorporated, less than ten years old, at least one developer, and a working website. No funding requirement. Consultancies, crypto companies, cloud providers, resellers and public companies are excluded.
What you get without this
Standard supplier pricing on hardware, and the free tier of NVIDIA's developer programme resources.
We list a perk because it beats walking up to the vendor unannounced. If it ever stops doing that, it comes off the index.
