What the terms actually say
Pinecone publishes no credit figure, describing the offer as usage credits and discounts alongside Pro Support. The support inclusion is the concrete part and is worth more than it sounds for a vector database: any cloud or region deployment, role based access control, backups, import, Prometheus metrics and a dedicated Slack channel. The eligibility is two lines and both are generous by this shelf's standards, fewer than a hundred employees and Series A or earlier, with no partner requirement and no funding floor. Questions go to a published email address rather than into a form, which is unusual and useful.
